How to Return or Exchange Our Products?
You can return or exchange the product you purchased within 7 days from the day you received it from the courier by applying at www.vievmobilya.com, under the following conditions:

Promotional or campaign products given as gifts must also be returned at the same time as the product being returned.

The conditions for returns are as follows:

• Returns must be made with the original box/packaging and the invoice.
• For cancellations and returns, in cases where a shipping fee is charged, only the product fee will be refunded to the customer; the shipping fee collected from the customer will not be refunded.
• All standard accessories must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
• Promotional or campaign products given as gifts must also be returned in their original packaging.
• The protective band of the products must not be removed. There should be no scratches, damages, impacts, or liquid contact on the products.
• Products that are customized based on the consumer's specific requests or clearly prepared to meet personal needs, or products that are not suitable for return due to their nature or are at risk of rapid deterioration, cannot be returned.
